Interior

We understand that painting the interior of your home is a very important and personal

Prep is the most important step in any paint project. This process must be meticulous in order
to correct imperfections and achieve the desired result. Our Preparation steps are as follows:
1. Pre-Preperation
A. All furniture, art and window treatments will be carefully removed and protected
from dust, paint or damage.
B. Floors will be covered with drop cloths to protect from paint or damage
C. All switch and outlet covers will be removed until painting is complete
2. Preparation: During this step all surfaces to be painted will be:
A. cleaned
B. sanded
C. nail holes will be filled and imperfections will be corrected
D. open seams in trims will be caulked.
*New construction will include one full coat of primer on all surfaces to be painted.
3. Paint
A. Walls and ceilings will be finished with two coats of paint.
B. Trim will receive the same prep as walls and ceiling as well as spot primer as
needed followed by two coats of finish paint.
4. Finish
All furniture, art work, electrical outlet/switch covers and window treatments will be
returned to their original places, and a final walk through to ensure that no touch up’s or additional clean up is needed.

sanding all loose or peeling paint, apply oil based primer to seal bare wood. Additional BIN
primer will be used to cover any wood knots prior to finish painting.
